The "RSS Feed" tile displays the selected RSS Feed (as defined in the "URL" setting).
The tile can also address a Sharepoint list RSS feed by entering the RSS Feed URL of the list as eg.

Example: This example displays the "ABC Headline News" RSS feed and displays the 2 top feed items (set via the "/count=nn" parameter).
