Working within existing email packages, MailMax provides three options (including drag and drop) to automatically archive all or selected email messages to an infobase. A simple viewer gives users access to the Folio 4 search engine, including several end user customization features. Mirroring the structure of your existing email folders, MailMax automatically sets up groups and fields for easy, form-assisted searching. Attachments may be embedded in archived messages. MailMax seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Exchange.
