This revolutionary new product is the first e-mail client with a built-in support for a web browser, "Hot Launch" URL links, word-processing support (RTF), full extended MAPI (MAPI-1) compatibility, extensive user-definable views, and a built-in filtering agent utilizing "wizards" to help fight internet junk mail ("spam"). Shark!mail 4.0 allows e-mail users to manage their messages from any number of sources (Internet POP3/SMTP, Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Mail servers, Lotus Notes or cc:Mail, Banyan VINES Intelligent Messaging, and any other MAPI-compatible message service) seamlessly from a single mail client. Shark!mail 4.0 is fully integrated with LDAP, Microsoft Exchange Directory, StreetTalk, X.500, and other directory services as well, using third-party MAPI service providers.
