The built-in "Import and Export..." function in Outlook will not support any custom forms or fields. This is a major issue that makes supporting any custom forms development impossible without resorting to custom coding just to transfer some data. Furthermore, the built-in function is difficult to use and does not allow you to recall any setups.
The Outlook-Access data transfer program was designed to address all of these issues. Because the OAXfer program is actually an MS Access program you can leverage the power of Access to easily link remote data sources and perform complex data manipulations.
