Property Manager for Exchange allows users to change their basic Exchange properties themselves, while allowing the administrator complete control over authorization and verification processes.� Designed with both users and administrators in mind, Property Manager provides a simple, easily understood and used administrative tool for the Microsoft Exchange environment.�
Property Manager works by using a system of pre-defined forms to allow users to directly petition their Exchange Server user profiles for changes to the basic attributes, such as address and telephone number.� This frees mail administrators of the burden of having to manually update each attribute themselves, and encourages a new level of accuracy while helping to ensure information is current.
Property Manager is designed for use in the Microsoft Exchange Server environment running on a Windows NT Server operating system.� The client extension contained in this version is currently incompatible with Outlook Express and beta versions of Outlook 98.
