You define the characteristics of different types of mails arriving into your inbox.
Such a definition may include the Sender, the Subject and a collection of special words MailMachine should look for in the message text of a mail, as well as a list of special actions to be taken. These actions may include forwarding, sending a reply (with the possibility to enclose attachments), simply remove the message and informing you about its arrival.
Second adjust a few General Settings, such as information about your Microsoft Exchange profile, the interval in which MailMachine will look through your inbox. You also can enter a default action to be taken if an incoming mail message does not fit into any of your definitions.
