Create a "Skills" search page

This post shows how to set up a page that allows users to search the SharePoint uaser profile store for specific user skills.Prerequisites:
The SharePoint user profle store "Skills" property needs to be populated by/for the users.
The "User Profile Search" web part needs to be installed in the farm.
