Web Part Basic Annual Support
Basic technical support provides up to 4 incidents per year,
1 business day response time plus free service packs.

Price: USD 90.00 per Web Part and Year

Web Part Premium Annual Support
Premium technical support provides an unlimited number of incidents per year, 4 hours response time, office hours GMT+1, 
free service packs, updates and new releases.

Price: USD 250.00 per Web Part and Year

Web Part Premium Enterprise Annual Support
Premium Enterprise technical support covers all our web parts and provides an unlimited number of incidents per year,
4 hours response time, office hours GMT+1,  free service packs, updates and new releases.

Price: USD 725.00 per Year.

The Premium Enterprise support contract is set up for a fixed period of 12 months. If the contract is not cancelled in writing no later than three months before the expiry of the fixed period of the contract, the contract is tacitly extended by a further 12 months. In this case, the customer will be invoiced 30 days before expiry of the existing contract.
